Terms of service

The plain English version

• Don't upload malicious MCPs. We will remove them.
• Don't scrape the catalog. Use the public API.
• You own your MCP. We host and distribute it under licence you grant us.
• If you sell paid MCPs, you keep 80%. We take 20% + Stripe's ~3%.
• We can't guarantee uptime — we try our best, no SLA on free tier.
• Refunds within 7 days are auto-approved.

1. Acceptance

By using Unyly you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 16+ and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

Don't publish MCPs that exfiltrate user data without consent, distribute malware, infringe IP, or violate applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any MCP at any time.

4. Creator terms

You grant Unyly a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, distribute and promote your MCP for the duration you keep it on the marketplace. You can remove your MCP at any time; we'll archive but stop distributing it within 24 hours.

5. Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Unyly's platform fee is 20% of gross revenue. Payouts are monthly on a net-30 basis. Tax handled via Stripe Tax.

6. Liability

Unyly is provided "as is". We're not liable for damages caused by third-party MCPs you choose to install. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms — we'll email registered users 14 days before any material change.
